After leaving school I worked at a local jewellery store for a couple of years and moved out of home.
David and I were dating when I was at school, and when I was 19 we bought a house and moved in together. We got married in
1991 and had a daughter in 1995. I was working as an assistant nurse at Warrina Nursing Home and left to have the baby. 1997
we built a new house at Mourilyan and that is where we still are. In 1998 we had a son and in 2000 I started working in child
care. I had a year off in 2004 and worked at Mourilyan Bakery. I am now working at East Palmerston State School as a Teacher
Aide and am continuing my studies.
