1987-1990 Attended Uni of Qld for Bachelor of Physiotherapy
1991-1992 Started work in Canberra and stayed for 2 years
1993 12 month working holiday to UK and Europe working as locum physio.
1994 Returned to Canberra and met Peter (fellow Queenslander)
1997 Got married to Peter in Innisfail!!! and changed my name. Attained senior orthopaedic physiotherapy
position at the Canberra Hospital
1998 Life continues except for a 3 month holiday to Europe
2000 Arrival of our first son Matthew and a great reason to have 12 months off work - maternity leave
2001 Re-entered workforce as part-time and arrival of second son Liam - another 12 months off work
2002-2006 Juggle the life demands of being a Mum, wife, part-time physiotherapist and taxi driver
for the family.
2006 A very proud moment when Matthew started school and Liam started preschool.
Have kept coming back to Innisfail annually or more often some years, mostly in winter time to escape
the wintery conditions in Canberra. Our family enjoys camping, travelling and the outdoors.
