When I finally finished school I was dumb enough to go back the next year for more education at Cairns
College of TAFE (as if 12 years isn't long enough, don't know how the uni students put up with 4 more years). After graduating
TAFE I became an Auto Electrician in Cairns and spent the next 7 years working in the same place. After 7 years in Cairns
I was offered a job back home in Innisfail as a tradesman and so home I came and carried on with my trade for the next 10
years. During my time back in Innisfail I was married to Rosie Caltabiano (still am) and we have two boys Liam (14) and Ryan
(10). I developed an interest in the game of soccer and now I am a qualified Level 3 (senior) coach and I still enjoy the
coaching. Besides my family and soccer my only other interest is gem hunting and I do this as often as I can. I got out of
my trade in 2005 and I now fill my days as Groundsman at Goondi State School (best job in the world). So life is good. I hope
to see all the people from our graduating class in June.
Good Luck and (in mobile phone speak) C U Then.
